The first Grand Seiko, recreated in stainless steel
This re-created model preserves the design of the first Grand Seiko launched in 1960, incorporating the manual winding mechanical Caliber 9S64.
The dual-curved sapphire crystal is loyal to the original shape and gives the re-creation the same pleasingly gentle profile. The gentle curve of the domed dial toward the outer perimeter of the dial lends the watch its classic look, which is enhanced by the dual sapphire crystal.
The Grand Seiko lion is engraved in a plate made of 18k gold embedded in the case back.
